How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Categoriesseeking Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Categoriesseeking Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we put you in touch with

If the Issue Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the contractor directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please note that Categoriesseeking Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work or make decisions for a contractor.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@categoriesseeking.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include speaking with the contractor. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
